The warm water and new hot tub fixtures elevate the guest experience, making it a favored choice for those who appreciate a soothing escape after a day of sightseeing. This emphasis on hot tubs adds a unique charm to what might otherwise be a typical roadside motel.
Recent management changes have brought promising improvements. New flooring, fresh paint, and enhanced cleanliness contribute to a refreshed ambiance that blends classic motel simplicity with modern touches. While the facility is older, these updates indicate a commitment to guest comfort. Air conditioning works efficiently, rooms are equipped with clean linens and towels, and hot water supply meets the demands of the large tubs without issue.
Fullerton Inn also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and air-conditioned rooms, catering well to business travelers and tourists alike. It lacks some amenities like on-site dining, a fitness center, or pet-friendliness, which may influence longer-stay visitors. However, its accessibility and quiet atmosphere provide a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area, rich with shopping plazas and casual eateries along Orangethorpe Avenue, offers convenience without sacrificing tranquility.
Ultimately, Fullerton Inn delivers a straightforward, no-frills lodging experience enhanced by a standout feature—the in-room hot tubs. For travelers prioritizing relaxation and proximity to theme parks, this hotel offers a solid choice. It feels like a place where warmth and calm meet practical needs, reflecting gradual but meaningful progress under new management. While not a luxury destination, its honest charm and focus on guest comfort create a welcoming space deserving of consideration.

I have stayed in a hot tub room here a few times. Hot tubs are the reason I go here. Seems to be under new management. It is an older motel, but they are doing a good job of cleaning it up. The new flooring is great. Looks like it has new paint in the rooms. The A/C works nicely. Plenty of hot water for filling the hot tub. The hot tubs look to be new, that is nice. They are putting in the effort to refresh this hotel. I would suggest new curtians in the room. The old ones are pretty bad. But all in all, a great price for a room with a hot tub. Rooms with hot tubs are getting harder to find. I will return.
My boyfriend and I got the king bed hotel room that has the jacuzzi spa tub in the room. The jacuzzi tub has room for up to 4 people because it is pretty big. My boyfriend and I had plenty of room to be in the jacuzzi tub together and that was relaxing and romantic. The king bed is comfortable and the towels and linens are clean. The room has a nice time bathroom and shower. The lamp above the bathroom mirror didn't work and the bulb wouldn't stay lit. There were some scratches and marks on the bathroom mirrors and the mirrors by the jacuzzi tub, which I didn't notice until a couple hours before check out because more light was in the hotel room. The air conditioner works very well. The staff was nice and made check in and check out very quick. The room deposit fee is $20, and they accept cash or credit card/ debit card. For the jacuzzi tub room, the deposit is $40. The room deposit is refunded at check out at the front desk. I think their pool is open for public use again and I think the front desk will provide extra towels if you request them. Nice location for the hotel and there is plenty of parking and the parking is free. Additionally, the place is quiet. In the morning about 3-4 hours before checking out, there was a lot of noise that was annoying because they were doing construction to the hotel. I didn't like that because it made me uncomfortable with so much random construction noise which stopped me from being able to watch TV. The room also has a microwave and mini refrigerator. A desk and a coffee maker are also in the room. There was a phone in the room, but it did not have phone signal. The carpet on the floor looks older, and has a lot of dirt and use. They probably vacuumed the floors, but the carpet is older and has been used a lot. I like that there are some restaurants, including fast food restaurants nearby even within walking distance. There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant nearby which has drive through and is open 24 hours. I would stay here again.
Such a great place, so quiet and peaceful here. I had NONE of the complaints which others have shared on here. The place was neat and clean and I had plenty of hot water and clean towels. My pillow was kinda hard, but overall I have to give it 5 stars and would highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a nice spacious room and friendly staff. Check-in and out was a breeze, I got my 20 dollar deposit back and was on my way. It was so quiet I fell asleep almost instantly after I laid on the bed. Great place and friendly staff!
